Mark Elman - Sr. Vice President / Property Management
Mark Elman has over 10 years experience in the financial field as a registered financial advisor handling personal and corporate accounts. He put his business experience to work as for the next five years he has managed multimillion-dollar projects for a number of Fortune 50 corporations relating to their architectural products and technology installations. Working closely with the construction managers, owners, and many vendors involved in these projects, he is committed to delivering a timely and effective service to the clients. Mr. Elman’s business and management skills make him a valuable asset to Citadel Property Management Corporation as he joins the company as Senior Vice President of property management.
Theresa Bachmann graduated from the University at Albany
with a degree in Economics. Theresa has over
13 years experience in the financial field and worked as an Associate Director
of the Planning Group for Oppenheimer & Co., where she comprised financial
plans for high net worth clients. Theresa
holds her Series 7 License and a Financial Advisors License. In addition to finance, she has worked as a
Real Estate Broker, and has extensive experience in building management for
both personal and business interests. Theresa’s
education in business, broad experience in both the financial and Real Estate
fields, and her efficiency and dedication have been extraordinarily beneficial
resources to Citadel Property Management and have proven invaluable to meeting our
client needs.
Originally
from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jackie arrived in New York over twenty-five years
ago and never looked back. Her vast knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods extend
from where she lives in TriBeCa to Washington Heights and over to Brooklyn. As an NYU Drama student, Theatre Directing and with her extensive work with
Meisner Technique, her most valuable lesson was learning how to listen to
people. This has carried over to her work in Real Estate and she has identified
many properties for people and has had many successful business transactions. Jackie’s clients know that they can depend on her at any time and for any
reason during all stages of a deal. So whether you are looking to buy, sell or

Keith Lewinter - Property Management / licensed agent
Keith Lewinter’s passion for real estate began with the search for his first apartment in 1997.He has been closely monitoring the New York City real estate market for over 10 years. Keith is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at SyracuseUniversity with a B.S. degree in Pulp and Paper Chemical Engineering and Management. After ten years in the paper industry, Keith began work as a water treatment account specialist, dealing with industrial HVAC systems at many of New York City’s largest commercial and residential properties. In working closely with property owners to improve their building’s operations, this work has exposed Keith to many New York City neighborhoods, expanding his vast knowledge of the market. Keith currently resides in the Chelsea / WestVillage area with his wife Loida. In his spare time, Keith can be found traveling, skiing, biking and enjoying all that New York City has to offer. Keith’s clients value his honesty, diligence and loyalty. He treats his clients like family. Keith is involved in all aspects of the business including; rentals, sales, residential, commercial, investment properties and property management.
Having worked in the service industry since the age of 14, Jennie loves meeting and getting to know new people. She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland came to New York to attend school at HunterCollege for Political Science and English and has been here ever since. Jennie got her real estate license when she was 19 and a certified NYS real estate sales person, a graduate of New YorkState real estate institute. A resident of the Upper East Side of Manhattan, she also spends a lot of time in other neighborhoods being with friends, taking her dog to dog parks, and running. She’s engaging, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding her clients exactly what they are looking for. Jennie gets great satisfaction out of being able to put her energy into helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments. Mathieu “Mat” Lloyd was born in New York City and raised in Los Angeles. He has recently transitioned into real estate sales, from a successful background in professional photography.Mathieu has always been interested in the real estate business as his father has developed and sold property for many years in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles.Mat has experience in residential property management, overseeing a portfolio of properties for clients in excess of 5 million dollars. Mathieu maintains his photographic services and helps clients in maximizing photographic images of homes for marketing purposes. Mathieu is a certified NYS real estate sales person, a graduate of New YorkState real estate institute. Mat is an avid outdoor athlete, he enjoys Tennis, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking and Motorcycling . Mathieu is married, his wife Sylvia is a make-up artist and established stylist.
