Mark Elman has over 10 years experience in the financial field as a registered financial advisor handling personal and corporate accounts. He put his business experience to work as for the next five years he has managed multimillion-dollar projects for a number of Fortune 50 corporations relating to their architectural products and technology installations. Working closely with the construction managers, owners, and many vendors involved in these projects, he is committed to delivering a timely and effective service to the clients. Mr. Elman’s business and management skills make him a valuable asset to Citadel Property Management Corporation as he joins the company as Senior Vice President of property management.
Mr.Westbrook is a third generation New Yorker, who has been in Real Estate since 1997. Through his experiences, first as a teenage Law firm messenger, an actor going on auditions, Night Club promoter, and Real Estate Broker, he has gained an extraordinary and uncanny knowledge of NYC geography, buildings, restaurants, and it?s people. He is a graduate of The Bronx H.S. of Science in addition to C.U.N.Y / Hunter College and currently resides in Brooklyn.
Barbara was born in France. She has extensive experience in the real estate markets of Europe where she gained her knowledge as a real estate agent. Her experience in space planning and design is an extra quality she brings to matching people with spaces, combining her two great passions into the ultimate career. As a French woman now living in New York City, Barbara has a vast knowledge of different cultures and languages from residing in several countries including Morocco, London, Lebanon and Syria. Isabel has just recently re-acquired her real estate license in New York State. Her interest in the real estate world started in 1993 when she first provided real estate services to low-income residents on the lower east side. An un-licensed plumber for 20+ years, certified level 1 in electrical and skilled in kitchen and bathroom construction and renovation. Isabel brings a diverse background of construction expertise and knowledge to Citadel. Fluent in Spanish, Isabel also provides services as a notary.
Mr. Candelaria has a clear understanding for the real estate market in Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester. Presently residing in Westchester he has lived in New York his entire life and has seen first hand the developemental changes of all neighborhoods. He focuses primarily on sales and rentals in the Westchester area.
